At Psychology Partners, our Psychologists have all completed postgraduate psychology training, and are experienced in working with a range of client groups and problem areas. Clinicians at Psychology Partners work from evidence-based treatment approaches, based on best practice guidelines. Primarily, our Psychologists work from a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) approach, incorporating skills and techniques that are indicated for the target problem. Psychologists may also use techniques from other validated treatment approaches in order to achieve maximum results, which may include dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT); schema therapy; mindfulnesss based interventions; motivational interviewing; positive psychology; exposure therapy; and sports and performance psychology approaches.
